It refers to the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) throughout the session. The normal range is typically above 95%. Blood oxygen saturation <90% may be an indicator of clinical unwellness.[6].
This is the average heart rate per minute during the session. Normal resting rates range between 60–100 bpm[7].
In Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), the upper airway collapses during sleep. During these events, blood oxygen saturation drops from baseline. The oxygen drops, or ODI (oxygen desaturation index), is a measure of how many times the blood oxygen drops each hour of the night. Lower numbers (<5) generally indicate the normal range[8].
Use the mySleep journal section at the bottom of the report to log relevant symptoms or behaviors.
Your baseline is the most recent session without PAP or MRD therapy that lasted longer than four hours. This session is used for comparison.
